Inditex Chair of Spanish Language and Culture ofSpainProf. Santiago Fernandez Mosquera paid a courtesy call onDhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr.ASM Maksud Kamal todayNovember 27, 2023 at the latter’s office of the university.He was accompanied by Spanish Visiting Professor at DU Ms. Maria AmparoPorta Rivas.

During the meeting they stressed the need for strengthening joint collaborative academic, research and cultural exchange programs beingconductedby the University of Dhaka andvarious universities in Spain. They also discussed about holding an international seminar on ‘Language and Culture’ at Dhaka University in February next.

Vice-ChancellorProf. Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal thanked the Spanish Inditex Chair for his visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in strengthening joint collaborativeacademic and research activities with DU.
