A three-member delegation led by Prof. Santiago Fernandez Mosquera, Inditex Chair of Spanish Language and Culture, Spain paid a courtesy call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman today September 5, 2023 at the latter’s office of the university. Other members of the delegation were Prof. Maria Josefa Martinez Lopez and Carlos Piueiro.

During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interests. They stressed the need for strengthening joint collaborative academic, research and cultural exchange programs being conducted by the University of Dhaka and various universities in Spain. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman thanked the guests for their visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in its academic and cultural activities.
