上海学者代表团访问达卡大学孔子学院A delegation of scholars from Shanghai visits the Confucius Institute at DU
On May 7th, 2023, a delegation of scholars from the Shanghai Institute of International Studies (SIIS) and Fudan University, along with officials from the Cultural Section of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, visited the Department of International Relations and the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka.
The purpose of their visit was to exchange views and discuss ways to promote the establishment of the Center for China Studies at the University of Dhaka.
2023年5月7日，由上海国际问题研究院研究员、中国与南亚合作研究中心秘书长刘宗义、复旦大学南亚研究中心研究员、副主任林民旺和上海国际问题研究院助理研究员李红梅组成的学者代表团，在驻孟使馆文化处乐利文参赞和二秘朗琅的陪同下访问达卡大学国际关系系和孔子学院，就共同推动达卡大学中国研究中心建设项目进行沟通交流。
在达卡大学国际关系系，中方代表团与该系主任Lailufar Yasmin教授就如何推进中国研究中心建设进行了深入交流。双方充分肯定了中国驻孟使馆和达卡大学校方高度重视的中国研究中心建设的意义，并就合作事项、相关工作落实和推进步骤交换了意见和看法。
随后，代表团访问了达卡大学孔子学院，了解孔院发展的基本情况并与老师们进行交流。乐利文参赞鼓励孔院做好中文教学并在中国研究中心建设中发挥积极作用。
