Prof. Dr. A A M S Arefin Siddique, Honorable Vice Chancellor, University of Dhaka was present as chief guest in the ceremony. Prof. Dr. Nasreen Ahmad, Pro-Vice Chancellor, University of Dhaka, Prof. Dr. Kamal Uddin, Treasurer, University of Dhaka, Prof. Dr. A S M Maksud Kamal, Dean, Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of Dhaka were present as special guests.
Respected teachers from different departments were also presented in the inaugural ceremony.
