Outgoing Country Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Ms. Doh Young-Ah paid a farewell call on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman today, February 02, 2023 at the latter’s office of the university.

Vice-Chairman of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship Center (ICE) of DU Prof. Dr. Khondoker Bazlul Hoque and Executive Director of ICE Associate Prof.  Md. Rashedur Rahman were present on this occasion.

During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interest especially overall development and progress of ongoing pilot project titled ‘Capacity Building of Universities in Bangladesh to Promote Youth Entrepreneurship’ at Dhaka University with the financial assistance from KOICA.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman thanked the outgoing Country Director of KOICA for successful completion of her tenure. He said that the friendly ties between Bangladesh and Korea would be further strengthened in the days to come. KOICA will provide more financial support and cooperation to implement various development projects at Dhaka University, the VC hoped.

KOICA Country Director thanked the Vice-Chancellor for providing all-out support and cooperation during her tenure in Bangladesh.
