It is my pleasure to inform you that the Department of Fisheries, University of Dhaka is going to celebrate its 25 years’ anniversary (Silver Jubilee) from 29-30 September 2022. The Inaugural ceremony will take place at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building from 10-11.30 am, on 29 September. Mr. S. M. Rezaul Karim, MP, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has given his kind consent to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. The program will be Chaired by the Honourable Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dhaka – Professor Dr. Md. Akhteruzzaman. Professor Dr. Muhammad Samad, Honourable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration), University of Dhaka will be a Special guest at the Inaugural ceremony. Professor Dr. A. S. M. Maksud Kamal, Honourable Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic), University of Dhaka will be the Chief Guest on the 2nd day of the celebration.
