A two-member delegation led by A Rahman Mohamed, a renowned Artist and Professor of the School of Arts of the University of Science, Malaysia called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today November 28, 2016 at the latter’s office of the university. Other member of the delegation was Fauzar Omar, a Malaysian Artist.

        Chairman of the Department of Printmaking of DU Anisuzzaman was present on this occasion.  

          During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs on art and culture by the University of Dhaka and the University of Science, Malaysia. Besides, they stressed the need for introducing teachers and students exchange programs between the two universities.  Holding of the art exhibition at both universities under the joint auspices of Dhaka University and the University of Science, Malaysia were also discussed in the meeting.
