A three-member delegation led by Dr. Wenbin Liu, Professor of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today January 09, 2017 at the latter’s office of the university. Other team members were Dr. Guorui Liu and  Dr. Lirong Gao, Associate Professors of the same institution.

         Dr. M. Emran Quayum and Dr. Md. Ahsan Habib, Professors of the Department of Chemistry of DU were present on this occasion. 

          During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interest specially the possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs on environment and organic pollution by the University of Dhaka and Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). They agreed to sign a MoU in this regard soon.
