A four-member delegation led by B. L. Bhattacharyya, National Director of Theosophycal Society of India called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today December 2, 2015 at the latter’s office of the university. Other team members include Dr. Jagannath Datgiri of Gauhati University and J. N. Patowary, former high official of Gauhati. Dr. Mohammad Abdul Hye, President of Bangladesh Theosophycal Society was present on this occasion.

During the meeting they discussed matters of mutual interest. They stressed the need for maintaining interreligious harmony all over the world. Religion-based politics must be banded in every part of the world, they opined.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique thanked the guests for their visit to Dhaka University.
